Refunds & Returns
It’s okay, everyone changes their mind occasionally. That’s why we are happy to accept returns up to 28 days after delivery providing the following conditions are met:
- All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a re-saleable condition.
- Return postage costs are covered by the customer to return your unwanted item(s).
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method as the original purchase.
If your order is faulty:
Our products come with a 3-12 month warranty (depending on the product) so if you happen to receive a faulty item we are happy to arrange a replacement.
