School’s cashback programme terms & conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the school parent teacher association (PTA) receiving cashback on shopping that you’ve accessed via www.bopster.eu (‘the Service’). These terms are between ‘you’, the customer, and ‘us’, Click Europe Limited.
Who can use the Service?
PTA members, and the parents, carers, or teachers from the registered school using a valid code provided by the Service. The PTA leader must have an eligible UK bank account and be registered for Click Europe Limited’s schools cashback scheme to be able to release the eligible funds from the PTA account that resides with the Service.
How it works
We’ll send you a school code which can then be shared with the parents, carers, and teachers at your school.
The code can be added at point of purchase in order that 10% of the total purchase can then be credited to the PTA’s school cashback account that resides with the Service. Funds will only be credited 30 days after purchase so long as no refunds or order cancellations have been received.
If a refund or cancellation of order does occur, the cash back amount will be re-calculated to reflect 10% of the new total order value– if this is zero UKP then no funds will be allocated to the PTA account.
We’ll send you promotional messages from time to time, unless you have previously advised us that you do not wish to receive these types of communications.
To be eligible for cashback, you must register your details with the Service, accept these terms and conditions, and use/share the promotional code provided in order that your cashback amounts can be tracked and logged in your account area.
If you close your PTA account before your cashback is paid, we’ll pay it in another eligible account you hold. If you don’t hold another eligible PTA account, you won’t get any cashback.
Your PTA school’s cashback account will be valid for one year from registration of account. If you’d like to extend this, then we will contact you 1 month before your account expiry date to discuss whether you’d like this to be extended. If we do not hear from you, then your account will be closed and any monies due will be transferred to your provided PTA bank account.
We reserve the right to withdraw/terminate the cashback programme at our discretion.
How to set up the Service
- A PTA member must email firstname.lastname@example.org with the PTA charity name, PTA bank account number and sort code.
- Click Europe Limited will then set your PTA up with a school’s cashback account on bopster.eu and provide you with a promotional code to share with parents, carers and teachers of the school.
- Parents, carers and teachers can then shop as normal on the bopster.eu website. Once they have added all required items to their shopping cart, they will be taken to the order completion page. Here they must enter the provided promotional code.
- 10% of the total order value will then be credited to the PTA’s school bopster account 30 days after the transaction has been completed.
- Once the PTA account has reached £50 the PTA can request a withdrawl of the funds and Click Europe Limited will arrange transfer from your bopster account to the provided PTA bank account.
How your cashback will be paid
Unless you tell us otherwise, the account we’ll pay the cashback into will be the PTA bank account that you specified upon registration to the scheme.
If we find out that any cashback has been given or calculated incorrectly, we reserve the right to reclaim or make balance adjustments accordingly. We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim any cashback we believe has been obtained fraudulently.
Please read through these terms. We can change them, or any offer, at any time without notice, though any changes won’t apply to purchases that you have already made through the bopster.eu website with use of the promotional code. By using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. You should save and/or print a copy of these terms for future reference.
If any term, condition, or provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms, conditions and provisions shall not in any way be affected or invalidated.
If we don’t exercise rights that we have against you straight away, we can still do so later.
English law applies to these terms, and the parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
